The translation results are usually delivered in an electronic format. You may, optionally, request a hard copy for which we may charge you an extra fee depending on the number of pages. The reception or shipment of the materials in any form other than electronic mail can be made through the normal postal service or any courier you choose. Confidentiality The vast majority of our customers are very concerned about confidentiality.
Therefore, if the customer so requires, we agree upon and sign a Non-Disclosure
Agreement (NDA) before the translation work begins.
