Costs & Payment

As far as translation costs are concerned, there are two alternatives:

  1. The work is paid according to the final number of words;
  2. A quote is issued and agreed upon, according to the nature and size of the documents.

Therefore, in order for us to give you a quote, you must either let us know the average word count per page in the original document or send us a copy of the document.

The final payment can be made in a number of ways, depending on the values involved. We strive to fulfill your wishes whenever possible.

Deadlines

The deadlines are defined according to your needs and to the extension of the documents.

Document delivery

The original translation materials can be delivered in any way you wish. Currently, we accept essentially the following:

  • Electronic mail
  • 3½” Floppy Disk
  • CD-ROM
  • ZIP 100MB Disk
  • Paper

The translation results are usually delivered in an electronic format. You may, optionally, request a hard copy for which we may charge you an extra fee depending on the number of pages.

The reception or shipment of the materials in any form other than electronic mail can be made through the normal postal service or any courier you choose.

Confidentiality

The vast majority of our customers are very concerned about confidentiality. Therefore, if the customer so requires, we agree upon and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before the translation work begins.
